Refund policy
WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY DUE TO ALL PIECES AT KRIZEA BEING HANDMADE.
We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your product, however if you have received your order and are not completely satisfied with your pieces, please email contact@krizea.uk or contact us via our contact page and we will do our everything we can to resolve your issue.
Orders cannot be cancelled once your order is in production. It is the customers responsibility to acknowledge our turnaround time. Please ensure you allow enough time for your order to be made, arrive via post and exchanged if your item is to be altered by us before your event. If you require your order by a specific date please contact us and do not place your order without confirmation BEFOREHAND so we can make your order for the date required. If you place your order and tell us afterwards you need it for a specific date we may not be able to accommodate your wishes and you will not be refunded. All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis and we do not accept rush fees as your order may be delayed during transit due to busy periods/bank holidays/strikes.
WE CAN ALTER YOUR KRIZEA PIECES.
If you have received an order that doesn’t fit perfectly, we are able to alter any of our products. However, to make sure your order will be made to fit you like a glove, please select your UK size, then email us via our contact page or our social page with your bust, waist, hips and height measurements in inches. If the item has been worn and damaged there may be an added fee. Buyer is responsible for return costs. Please contact us for returns address.
PLEASE MADE SURE YOU ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE MADE, ARRIVE VIA POST AND EXCHANGED INCASE YOUR ORDER NEEDS TO BE ALTERED WITH US IN TIME FOR WHEN YOUR PIECE IS NEEDED.
