If you require specific measurements or need your item sooner than the production turnaround, please contact us. All items sent are handled with care and are packaged accordingly. We do not take responsibility for packages damaged in transit.

All items standard UK items are sent via Evri Next Day and/or 24 hour Tracked & Signed with Royal Mail. Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm delivery is available. Please note selecting next day delivery does not speed up the production process. All items are sent between Monday and Friday.

All standard Euro and International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed standard and can take between 7-11 working days to be delivered. You may be required to pay tax fees depending on your country. We at KrizeaOfficial.com do not cover the tax fees. Please consider this before making a purchase.
