We will work quickly as possible to ship your item. All items are made to order and the turn around time is at the top of our site and in our bio on our Instagram page @KRIZEAOFFICIAL. Please note these times may change at any time depending on how busy we are. All orders are processed Monday to Friday.

All  UK orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail 24hr delivery. Next Day and International Delivery is also available.

WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY DUE TO ALL PIECES AT KRIZEA BEING HANDMADE.

We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your product, however if you have received your order and are not completely satisfied with your pieces, please contact us via our contact page or Instagram @KRIZEAOFFICIAL and we will do our everything we can to resolve your issue.

WE CAN ALTER YOUR KRIZEA PIECES.

If you have received an order that doesn’t fit perfectly, we are able to alter any of our products. However, to make sure your order will be made to fit you like a glove, please select your UK size, then email us via our contact page or our social page with your bust, waist, hips and height measurements in inches.

Yes orders can be cancelled if the order has not been processed. Please let us know via our CONTACT US page or Instagram @KRIZEAOFFICIAL.

Yes, if you are unhappy with your order we offer exchanges for another print or size. It is the customers responsibility to acknowledge our turnaround time when exchanging.

 Please ensure you allow enough time for your order to be made, arrive via post and exchanged if your item is to be altered by us before your event.
